Shipping

Domestic Standard U.S. shipping is free for orders over $70.

For orders under $70, applicable shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout and are the best rates available from USPS. 

International shipping is charged at cost and based on weight and destination. Additional customs + duty fees may apply, these vary per country.

Returns

Orders typically ship within 1-3 days. Due to the drop-shipping nature of our business, we cannot cancel or refund orders made in error.

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to ship it back to us. Please note customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your return item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn and unused. You’ll also need the shipping confirmation receipt and/or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, contact us at hello@OswaldandWillie.com with your receipt and your reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
