Shipping

Orders typically ship out from our fulfillment facility within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Domestic Standard U.S. shipping is free for orders over $70. For orders under $70, applicable shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout and are the best rates available from USPS. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees of all returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

Since all our products are made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges at this time. Please check the sizing chart on the product pages for exact measurements of our tees. If you’re unsure or in-between measurements, play it safe and go up a size. We cannot honor size exchanges or returns after the purchase has been processed.

However, if we made a mistake with your order or your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 30 days so we can quickly correct the situation. After 30 days, your order will be ineligible for a return or replacement.

 

Returns / Refunds

In the event that your item arrives damaged, or an error was made in fulfilling your order and the wrong item is sent, please email us at hello@OswaldandWillie.com with your purchase information and photos of the incorrect items or damaged goods. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the original condition: unworn and unused.

Once we’ve received your email and confirmed the information, we will ask you to ship the incorrect or damaged items back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees of all returns or exchanges. Once we confirm receipt of the items, we offer a refund back to the original method of payment, or we can send a replacement order.
